Week 25: Highlights
Thanks for attending SLC
What an exciting time it was for our students to share thier leanring, growth and golas with parents these past two days. Our teachers appreciated the positive feedback and were so proud to see their students take the lead in these learning conversations. Parents your presene in the classrooms always makes a huge difference and we celebrate our partnership. THANK YOU!

ES Musical
Our ES music teachers have spent many hours rehearsing with students, preparing props, and putting the final touches on the production. After weeks of practice, our students were both excited to perform for their peers and families . It was a wonderful show and we are so proud of their growth, leadership, insight, and effective communication.

G1 Entrepreneurs
Our students know that entrepreneurs are people like themselves who simply focus on wants and needs. Our students during their units have ben analyzing their needs, taking initiative, and assuming financial costs and risks to create a new product, service, or business. Our team has found that teaching entrepreneurship to kids can foster critical thinking, resilience, financial literacy, and creativity, preparing them to be innovative, self-reliant problem solvers. More importantly, they get. multiple opportunties to develop skills that lead to our school-wide learn outcomes ( activie gloabal citizens, principled centered leaders, effective communicatiors, and insightful learners).

G2 Studies Matter
Science learning is naturally fun for kids because it helps them to be curious about the world they live in and offers hands-on experiences that feel more like discovery than traditional schoolwork. Kids are fascinated to learn that absolutely everythin including their toys, the air they breathe, their food, and even themselve is made of matter.
