High School Updates & Information for February 28 to April 11
We had an amazing weekend with APAC Band on campus Thursday to Saturday last weekend. I hope you had the opportunity to hear the show these students put on Saturday evening. What an amazing event with the six schools coming together and sharing their hard work with us. At the same time we had our APAC Theater students who travelled to the United Nations International School Hanoi for their event. They performed before a live audience on Friday and Saturday the school work, then the group created work. Finally, our VEX Robotics team travelled to Tianjin for their regional competition where our teams performed exceptionally well.

School Uniforms
This is a reminder to students and parents of the expectation of shool uniforms for students during school hours. The High School Uniform Policy is in line with the school policy posted on the website and in the HS Handbook. Students are expected to be in school uniform during school hours Monday to Friday. This is stated as only the pieces sold by the school uniform shop, not the Phoenix Shop. These include Blue or Khaki shorts or pants. Skirts or Skorts that are blue, khaki, or plaid are also an option. Navy blue or white short or long sleeved polo shirts and button down shirts are also acceptable. Please review the expectations on uniform use if you have questions.
Fridays are spirit days where students may wear either the school uniform OR blue jeans and any of the Concordi Spirit wear that they might have.
Reminder: March 7th - Early Release for Students at 11:30 am
Students will be released early on Friday, March 7th at 11:30 am. All students are expected to depart campus by 11:45 am as no teacher supervision will be available. Teachers will be attending professional development in the afternoon as they work to provide better programming for your children.
Course Selection Process
As our Course Selection process gets underway, we encourage students and parents to review the HS Course Handbook for 2025-26 and consider courses in line with a 4 year program. Students and parents should consider speaking with their school counselor for guidance about upcoming courses. Our counselors are here to support students as they work through their 4 year program and plan their pre-requisite courses. Students should also speak with teachers about Course Recommendations for any course requiring a teacher recommendation. We are looking forward to our course selection day which is planned for March 6th. Follow up conversations may occur during the month of March with all course selections finalized by March 28th.
