MS Updates and Announcements for March 2 to 6
As we enter the month of March, we start a new Virtue of the Month, faithfulness. According to the Merriam-Webster dictionary, “Faithfulness is... steadfast in affection or allegiance; firm in adherence to promises or in observance of duty; given with strong assurance; and, true to the facts, to a standard, or to an original.” This quality of “standing firm” is important for our children to learn, as it combines many qualities, such as moral courage, confidence, empathy, understanding, justice, fairness, and facing adversity. These are all qualities that we, as mankind, would benefit from focusing on more. In this article by “Mom With Five”, she explains more about how our children will face issues in life where these qualities will help them to be stronger people.
The Virtue of the Month for March is Faithfulness.
