Grade 9 Parents Gather for High School Treat
On January 14th, the Grade 9 parents orchestrated a delightful high school treat, transforming the campus with the sweet, nostalgic aroma of freshly made tanghulu. Volunteer parents found immense joy in the shared process—threading glossy fruits, mastering the shimmering sugar syrup, and serving the finished treats with pride.
This collaborative effort became a beautiful bonding experience, forging stronger connections among the families themselves and resonated with the theme of the month—kindness. Meanwhile, students were thrilled by the unexpected and delicious interlude, their day brightened by the extra, crackling sweetness offered on a stick, a simple treat made extraordinary by the evident care and community spirit behind it.
