Tournament
From the JPAC Handbook
For volleyball and soccer, single round robin (back to back games will not be permitted in round robin) followed by elimination games with the following format:

Each year, girls and boys play-offs will be reversed in line with APAC Gender highlight years.
TOURNAMENT RULES
The FIVB (latest edition) Rules shall be implemented for the JV Association tournaments with the following notes.
1. Game Length
Games will be played best of 3 sets. 1.
The first 2 sets will be played to 25 points (win by 2 points). In case of a 1-1 tie, a deciding third set is played to 15 points with a minimum lead of 2 points.
2. Time-outs
There shall be 2 time-outs allowed per set for each team.
The length of each time-out is 30 seconds.
The length of time between sets is 1 minute.
3. Net height
The net height for women shall be 2.24m.
The net height for men shall be 2.43m.
4. Warm-up session
All teams will receive a five minute warm-up period, 3 minutes at the net and 2 minutes for serving. (10 minute total)
If the games fall behind schedule, each team will have 3 minutes at the net and 2 minutes serving together. (8 minute total - at the discretion of the Tournament Director)
5. Substitution of Players
A player may re-enter the game an unlimited number of times, but must switch with the same player for the entire set.
6. Tournament scoring for round robin tournament standings
Volleyball Round Robin scoring to is 1 point for a win, 0 points for a loss.

A. Head-to head result
B. Set differential between tied teams
C. Point differential between tied teams
D. Set differential between all teams
E. Point differential between all teams
F. Coin toss
Note:
Tiebreaker Procedure
Each sport will have a sport specific tiebreaker procedure. When head to head results do not settle a three or more team tie, then the tie-break differential list above will decide the outcome. If at one of the differential steps, the order of the three or more tied teams is established, the tie has been broken. However, if the differential list promotes or demotes one team and leaves two teams still tied (on whichever differential had been applied to promote/demote one team), then the head to head results amongst the remaining two teams will decide order of placement.
