Campus Access and Data Reporting After October Break

Per the travel protocol for the October Break, your student is required to complete the following steps to obtain campus access on October 6:

If you remain in Shanghai during the break, your students are required to conduct one NAT test in the morning of October 5th to ensure campus access.

If your students plan to travel out of Shanghai during the break for an essential reason, please:

  • Before traveling, report your travel plan to your division office.
  • After returning to Shanghai, complete the “Student Health & Travel Report” (ONLY required for students who traveled out of Shanghai during the break. They are required to upload two NATs taken in Shanghai within three days) by 6pm on Wednesday, October 5. Any submission after 6pm, the division office will review and confirm the campus access in the morning of October 6th. 
  • Please note:
    • Take the two NATs in Shanghai within three days. (The 2nd one must be within 24 hours before accessing campus.)
    • Take a screenshot after obtaining the two NAT results to fill out the form.
    • The above protocol only applies to students who return from non-risk or low risk areas.

 

十一假期后返校和数据上报 根据十一假期出行规定，为确保出行学生10月6日顺利返校，请满足以下：

一、如您的家庭留在上海过节，你的孩子须在10月5日上午完成一次核酸检测，以确保10月6日顺利返校。

二、如您的家庭十一期间有必要离沪，请您：

  • 在出行前，事先向所在学部办公室报备学生的出行行程。
  • 在返沪后，于10月5日（周三）晚上6点前上传抵沪后的三天二检记录提交学生旅行及健康确认卡 (此表格仅要求十一期间出行的家庭填写)。如在周三晚上6点后提交，学部办公室将在10月6日早上审核并确认学生返校信息。
  • 请注意：

o    抵沪后，在上海完成3天内完成2次核酸检测（返校前24小时内须有一次）

o    等待2次核酸检测结果都出来后，再请截屏保存并上传至学生旅行及健康确认卡。

o    以上出行规定仅适用于自非风险区或低风险区返沪的学生家庭 

 

10월 국경절 연휴 이후 캠퍼스 출입을 위한 정보 전달에 대한 안내

중국 국경절 연휴에 대한 여행 프로토콜에 의거, 학생들은 10월 6일 등교를 하기 위해 다음의 절차를 진행해야 합니다:

상하이 밖으로 여행을 하지 않을 경우, 학생들은 10월 5일 오전에 한번의 핵산 검사를 진행해야 합니다.  

중요한 사유로 상하이 외 지역으로 여행을 하는 학생의 경우:

  • 여행 일정과 목적지를 사전에 디비전 오피스에 보고해 주시기 바랍니다.
  • 상하이로 돌아온 후 “Student Health & Travel Report” 를 작성해 주시고 ( 상하이 밖으로 여행을 한 학생들에게만 적용됨. 3일동안 진행한 2번의 핵산검사 결과 제출) , 늦어도 10월 5일 오후 6시까지 제출해 주시기 바랍니다. 오후 6시 이후에 제출되는 리포트는 10월 6일 오전에 확인을 한 후 학생들의 캠퍼스 출입 가능 여부를 확인해 드리겠습니다.
  • 주의 사항:
    • 3일동안 2번의 핵산 검사는 상하이에서 진행해야 합니다. ( 2번의 핵산 검사 중 두번째 핵산 검사는 등교시간 기준 24시간 이내에 진행한 검사여야 함)
    • 2번의 핵산 검사 결과가 보이는 화면을 캡쳐 하여 리포트 작성시 업로드 합니다.
    • 위의 프로토콜은 저 위험지역 혹은 위험이 없는 지역에서 돌아오는 학생에 적용되는 내용입니다.
