
1. Download and install the Microsoft Teams software on your device.
On mobile devices, please open the App Store and search for ‘Teams’.
For computers, you can get it from the Microsoft Teams webpage.
2. There are 3 ways to join the Concordia Parent Connect sessions:

· Scan the QR code:

· Input the info below in the MS Teams application:

3. Please input your name, make sure the Speaker/Computer audio is on, then join the meeting.

Tips:
1. Please allow Teams to access your device’s microphone, camera and speaker when asking for permission.
2. If you can’t see the video or hear the sound, please re-enter the meeting, restart Teams, or restart your device to try.
