Our middle school physical education curriculum is specifically designed to provide developmentally appropriate knowledge and skills that will enable students to achieve and maintain lifelong wellness in the context of sport, fitness and health.
Once per quarter, teachers assess student fitness with the
- mile run
- pacer test,
- push ups,
- sit and reach, and
- the plank.
Individual and Team Sports
At each grade level, students find opportunities to set personal bests and experience the value and satisfaction of team cooperation.
No matter their physical activity, students find the right surface on which to excel.
