MS Students Exhibit Their Art Skills

As we transition to a new trimester, the MS Visual Arts department wanted to celebrate the successful completion of Trimester 2 and showcase beautiful works of student art: “Cubist faces” by Grade 5, “Coil pots” by Grade 6, “Ideograms & Pictograms” and “Commission art” by G7 Digital Art, and “Portrait drawing”, “Painting - Identity”, and “Doll project” by G8 Traditional Art students.

The exhibition will stay up until 4:00 pm this Friday (March 17th), and students are welcome to come pick up their artwork afterward. A project description could be found next to each project, and grade 7 and 8 students wrote artist’s statements to briefly explain what each art represents.

Grade 8 Traditional Art students collaborated and intentionally arranged their portrait drawings to design the assigned board space.
