Volleyball - Mrs. Gordon, Ms. Klein, Mr. Barrientes
Whether you are new to the sport, or a member of the school’s team, join us for an exciting two weeks of volleyball.  If you are a newbie, we will teach you the skills necessary to play and enjoy the game.  If you already know the basics, we will provide the opportunity for you to improve your skills and increase your touches.  Either way, it’s win-win, and a lot of fun!!

Abtastic - Mr. Lyons
The 5 Day Abs challenge Core and Cardio workouts for those summertime abs. We will follow some great workouts and try and design our own favorite. Can sign-up twice for a 10 day ab challenge!

Basketball - Mr. Furth
This basketball exploration will focus on ball-handling, shooting, and passing. You will learn techniques that will help you with the offense part of the game that you can practice on your own, with a partner, or with a team. You will improve with your right-hand, with your left-hand, moving with and without the ball, making smart passes, and shooting the ball correctly. All skills are welcome.

Yoga, Mindfulness, and Meditation - Mrs. Smith and Mr. Taylor
In this PE Exploration, students will learn the basic principles of yoga, mindfulness, and meditation. Each class will begin with a 45-minute yoga flow and end with 10-15 minutes of meditation and mindfulness instruction. Our hope is that this class will help students develop some strategies to cope with daily stressors. No prior experience is required. This class will focus on the basics. Namaste!

Co-ed Softball - Mr. Dwyer
Softball is open to players of all skill levels who want to improve hand-eye coordination, throwing, hitting, fielding, and base-running techniques. Softball and baseball players are encouraged to apply, but all skills are welcome. Gloves are provided. 

Zumba - Mrs. Parra-Tong and Ms. Klein
COME AND JOIN THE PARTY! Zumba is a fun a and effective dance workout that combines all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility with a serious dose of laughter.  This class emphasizes moving to the music and having a good time, no rhythm is required. See you on the dance floor!

Why Weight? Start your offseason training now by taking advantage of all the Fitness Center has to offer. We open the Fitness Center and help you create a workout plan that helps you reach your potential. This is a great choice for athletes and healthy teens who prefer choice when it comes to their workouts. This 2-week course can help you grow in areas like flexibility, balance, cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, power, or agility. Bring music!

Soccer Training Camp - Mr. Lyons
Enjoy the warmer weather with Soccer Skills and Game Play. Passing, Shooting, Goalkeeping, Combination play and naturally loads of games.

Spin Class - Savannah Morse 
Spin is a fun, music filled, cardio exercise. You will learn the basics of spinning and how to use the bike. Sign up for a good workout and lots of fun!
