Elementary Music Showcase
All Elementary students will perform a music showcase this Spring. Each showcase will center around a book and include music activities that enhance the story.
Classes will help create or arrange music for the showcase. For example, students may select instruments for a song, create dances, compose rhythms, or improvise patterns in preparation for the showcase.
Save the date for your child’s performance:
Grade 1: Tuesday, April 25
Grade 2: Wednesday, April 26
Grade 3: Tuesday, May 16
Grade 4: Wednesday, May 17
All showcases are in the Rittmann Theater at 6:00pm. Students will be dismissed from school as normal, and then return to school with their parents for the performance.
