Before making a request:
* Obtain an administrator's approval.
* For on-campus room requests, check the Room Scheduling Calendar (username=teachers, password=Midas!) (opens new window) to see if suitable space is available for your event. Fine Arts and Athletic facilities are generally not available during the regular school days, but may appear open on the calendar. Do not use this form to request a room for dates when Concordia is closed (Holidays, spring/summer breaks); if this is needed, please work directly with Polly. Heat/AC for on-campus rooms is available on school days between 7:00am and 8:00pm; if an event is outside of this window heat/ac will not be provided unless requested and approved in advance (ask Polly for details).
* Check the Concordia Venues Description (PDF) which describes the technology currently available in each room (projector, TV, microphone, etc.); if you need technology that is not available in a room either select a different room or include tech requirements in the "special needs" section below (we will attempt to accommodate reasonable requests).
Notes:
* A room/space is not reserved until you receive confirmation.
* You are responsible for sending out invitations (email, outlook calendar, etc.) for the event.
* If you need food, you must contact Eurest yourself.
* You can only reserve on-campus rooms via this form; you must make arrangements for off-campus events yourself.
* The Room Scheduling Calendar shows event times with built in set up and tear down time; do not use it as a calendar to find the times for events.
