Returning Students

New Students
- Placement Testing (Grade 5 – Grade 12): Friday, August 12, 2011; 8:30 AM
- Orientation (ALL Grade Levels): Tuesday, August 16, 2011; 8:00 AM
Health Forms
Please note that your child will not be allowed entrance to the school without these Health forms!
- Medical Form 1: Parent-Completed Health Information
- Medical Form 2: Doctor-Completed Physical Examination (For new students, must be completed within six months of a student’s first day of school.)

Uniform Policy (pdf)
Please note: For the 2011-12 school year, all uniform pieces – tops and bottoms – will be purchased through Concordia or (for bottoms only) from Lands’ End if that is the family’s preference.
