Cirque du Concordia: MUTATIO

This year’s Gala & Auction will be held on Saturday, March 24th at the Kerry Parkside Hotel, Pudong in their glorious Grand Shanghai Ballroom. The evening’s program will include silent & live auctions, raffle, lucky draw, dancing, 8 hours of sponsored bar & premium drinks cash bar and a few surprises too!!!  It will definitely be the event of the year that will create fond memories for our guests that will last a lifetime.

Raffle & Ticket Sales Begin February 22^ND!!!

Mutatio is Latin for transformation. This year’s auction proceeds will provide opportunities to transform today’s Concordia students so that they don’t have to wait until tomorrow to lead and will support more YEP services that will transform people in Yunnan Province.

Raffle & Ticket Sales are now on sale at desigated times in the Pheonix Commons.  Be sure to watch the community bulletin or come back here to see each week for the upcoming scheduled dates.

Event Ticket Price: 800 RMB per person

Raffle Ticket Price: 100RMB per ticket

You do not need to fill a table to reserve the next best table seating! That means you don’t have to wait…come as a single, come as a couple or come as a group. Just come! Table placement is based on date and time of ticket purchase so the earlier you buy the closer you will be to the stage. If you want to organize a table, fill out the Ticket Sales FlyerForm and bring the total amount for table to reserve your table placement date.
