The application documents available for download in the right-hand column of this page will help you complete your child’s application and enrollment process.
ESOL: Please note that Concordia does not offer ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages). Applicants about whom we are concerned whether their level of English will allow them to succeed without additional language support will take an English assessment as part of the application process. Applications will be evaluated once the assessment has been completed. You can find our Application Criteria here.

The Application Checklist is for you to help keep all the documents orderly; it summarizes all materials necessary to complete a student’s application for any grade.

Mathematics Testing: Pre-and Post-Admittance
- It is possible that as a criterion for acceptance, students will be asked to take a screening test that, at a minimum, matches their current grade level. Demonstrated subject mastery – without the aid of a calculator – is required in order to be considered for acceptance. You can find more information and a compilation of math study resources here.
- Placement testing after acceptance is required of all students entering Grade 6 to Grade 12. Please down the Math Placement Testing FAQ for further information regarding placement testing. Students must be at or above grade level in mathematics: Grade 9 (Algebra I), Grade 10 (Geometry) and Grade 11 (Algebra II).
Standardized Testing
All High School (Grade 9-12) and Grade 8 applications require the PSAT, SAT or SSAT for admission.
