Concordia students must be at or above grade level in mathematics: Grade 9 (Algebra I), Grade 10 (Geometry) and Grade 11 (Algebra II). Our mathematics faculty has put together the following resources to give prospective students and parents a stronger feel for Concordia’s math program and the skill mastery required for admittance.
Testing: Pre- and Post-Admittance
- It is possible that as a key criterion for acceptance, students will be asked to take a mathematics screening test that, at the minimum, matches their current grade level. Demonstrated subject mastery – without the aid of a calculator – is required in order to be considered for acceptance.
- Placement testing after acceptance is required of all students entering Grade 6 to Grade 12. Please download Math Placement Test FAQ for more info.
