On a preschool through Grade 12 campus, the Head of School (HOS) provides leadership across the grades to achieve the Concordia strategic focus of being one school with Elementary, Middle and High School divisions. The current Head of School, Dr. James Koerschen, has served the Concordia International School community since 2007 and under his leadership, we have seen the inauguration of the Rittmann Center for the Fine Arts and a state-of-the-art High School facility.

The Administrative Council, made up of the Head of School, Assistant Head of School, Chief Financial Officer and the Principals of the Elementary, Middle and High Schools make decisions affecting the educational programs and business matters affecting the school.

Individual concerns and issues are addressed within each division first through direct communication with the teacher, then with the respective principal and finally with the HOS if needed. Questions or concerns of a more general nature are always welcome at parent coffees, town hall meetings or via email to any of the divisional offices.
