Parent input has always been important to the success of Concordia. The role of parent input in decision-making is visible in the high-profile role played by the Parent Support Organization (PSO) within the school and the number of skilled parent volunteers serving on the school’s various strategic planning committees. Divisional principals regularly solicit parent input via various communication channels including coffees, newsletters and conferences. Additionally, the office of the Head of School conducts an annual parent survey and the results inform major decisions affecting the school community.
